Chef's Tasting Dinner

Join Chef Martah Hubbard for a marvelous dinner!
Dinner will include:
- Cucumber kimchee and seared scallop with black garlic sorbet
- Apple and radish salad with basil and ginger vinegar
- Beef tenderloin, porcini, and hazelnut "torte" with chili orange gremolata
- Saffron almond ice cream with pistachio brittle and chocolate sauce
