A hilarious re-enactment where First Sea Lord Admiral Finbar and his High Command, CR Air Force Bi-plaves, and even civilians "battle" against the 'evil border patrol' (portrayed by the U.S. Coast Guard).

Best viewing will take place in the Key West Harbor, from Margaritaville Resort to Mallory Square.
